MANAGERIAL AND COACHING SUMMARY
◆ Returns for his fifth season as a minor league manager in the Angels organization and
fourth as skipper of Double-A Rocket City in 2025.
◆ Trash Pandas finished in third place of the Sourthern League North Division and ended
season with 61-75 record in 2024.
◆ In 2023, Trash Pandas posted a 58-80 (.420) record and finished third in the Southern
League North Division...In his first year as Manager in 2022, led Rocket City to win the North
Division with a 81-57 record (.587), the best record in the Southern League, and clinched a playoff berth for the first
time in franchise history.
◆ Made managerial debut in 2021 with High-A Tri-City with a 43-68 (.387) record.
◆ Spent eight years (2012-19) as Associate Head Baseball Coach, Recruiting Coordinator, and Offensive
& Defensive Instructor at Harding University (Searcy, AR)…Previously served as an Assistant Coach and
Graduate Assistant with Emporia State University (Emporia, KS) and Lubbock Christian University (Lubbock,
TX), and coached in two collegiate summer leagues.
◆ Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership...He played
collegiately at Pratt Community College (Pratt, KS) from 2004-06, and at Lyon College (Batesville, AR) from
2006-08.

ROBERT O. FISHEL AWARD
The Robert O. Fishel Award, named after the longtime baseball executive, goes to the “active, non-uniformed
representative of MLB whose ethics, character, dedication, service, professionalism and humanitarianism best represent
the standards propounded by Robert O. Fishel.” Fishel, an executive with the Cleveland Indians, St. Louis Browns, New
York Yankees and A.L. Office, was the inaugural Award winner in 1981. All-time honorees are:
